Who we are

FabricDemo.com is a trading name of Relay Data Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17415331). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at support@relaydatasystems.co.uk.

What we sell

Digital guides, templates and video content about Microsoft data platform technologies, delivered electronically. We don't sell physical goods.

Buying from us

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, collects and pays any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Access to your files is provided straight after payment, and by email.

Refunds and problems with your order

Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy under its Buyer Terms. If something is wrong with your product — for example, a file is missing or won't open — email us with your order reference and we'll sort it out. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Licence

Our products are licensed for your own use, including within your own organisation. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them.

Guidance, not advice

Our products are practical guidance based on our experience. Microsoft services change often, so what you see on screen may differ from our materials. You are responsible for how you apply the guidance in your own environment, and for checking it against your own requirements and Microsoft's current documentation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Microsoft, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. FabricDemo.com is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Microsoft.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
