Who we are

FabricDemo.com is a trading name of Relay Data Systems Ltd (company number 17415331), registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. Contact: support@relaydatasystems.co.uk.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us. If you buy a product, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can deliver and support your purchase. We never see your full card number.

How we use it

To deliver the products you buy, answer your enquiries and support requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've asked us to.

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. When you open our checkout, Lemon Squeezy may set cookies it needs to process your order — see Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details.

Who we share it with

Lemon Squeezy (payments and order processing), Microsoft (which hosts our email and this website), and our professional advisers where needed. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; their privacy policies explain the safeguards they use.

How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for as long as we need them to support your purchase and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email us to exercise any of these rights. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
